Roving Sommelier is passionate about premium quality regional wines. Vallado is a family-owned winery that produces affordable, premium wines and Port in the Douro region of Portugal. Vallado’s vineyards are located in the heart of the iconic Douro Valley and belongs, since six generations, to the Ferreira family, descendants of Dona Antonia Adelaide Ferreira. The wine, made from local, indigenous Portuguese grapes, is medium-bodied yet elegant and fruity with rustic charm. Best enjoyed with food and in a convivial atmosphere.
