Roving Sommelier is passionate about premium quality regional Spanish wines. First off, I would like to tell you that this white wine from central Spain is great value for money and it’s so drinkable and has plenty of personality. La Mancha’s vast open spaces, punctuated by white windmills, is one of Spain’s largest vineyard areas. The hot dry climate has little humidity. With water sparse, the bush vines are widely spaced and so less prone to disease. It’s the perfect environment for organic viticulture. Campo Flores celebrates the region’s beautiful meadows of wildflowers and its natural ability to grow organic grapes.

Succulent and juicy summer fruits, spice and hints of dark chocolate. Serve in a convivial atmosphere.
