Located in Wachenheim in the Pfalz region, this wonderful family-owned winery produces top-notch Rieslings that express not only the purity of Germany’s iconic white wine grape, but also the unique regional terroir. This prestigious and historic winery has become a personal favourite of mine over the years. Best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or with light appetisers and seafood dishes.
