Roving Sommelier is passionate about premium quality regional Spanish wines. First off, I would like to tell you that this white wine from central Spain is great value for money and it’s so drinkable. La Mancha’s vast open spaces, punctuated by white windmills, is one of Spain’s largest vineyard areas. The hot dry climate has little humidity. With water sparse, the bush vines are widely spaced and so less prone to disease. It’s the perfect environment for organic viticulture. Campo Flores celebrates the region’s beautiful meadows of wildflowers and its natural ability to grow organic grapes.

Vibrant and fresh tangy fruit, ripe pear and white peach. Serve chilled and in a convivial atmosphere.
