Made from black Grenache, this Banyuls is kept in an air-conditioned cellar and bottled within 18 months after vinification. Best served chilled and in a convivial atmosphere, it reveals intense aromas of black fruits and is a perfect accompaniment to desserts made with chocolate and red fruits.
