Description
Roving Sommelier is passionate about premium quality regional wines. Personally speaking, Chiroubles is the most underrated of all Cru Village Beaujolais wines. For me, this wine is fragrant and fruity, classically made from the local Gamay grape and is perfect for spring/summer drinking. Best enjoyed lightly chilled and in a friendly atmosphere.
Alcohol: 12.5% abv (75cl)
Closure: Cork
Grape variety: Gamay
Flavour Profile: Light-bodied, Elegant, Fragrant, Red Fruits. Great with poultry especially Chicken, Duck and Guinea Fowl.
