Closure: Traditional Champagne Cork & Muzzle

Grape varieties: Bacchus, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay

Flavour Profile: Crisp, Bone Dry, Delicate, Sparkling, Citrus, Apple, Fragrant, Mouth-watering acidity. Works very well with most young, fresh cheeses such as ricotta, feta and some goats’ milk examples and rich, creamy cheeses such as Brie and Camembert-styles.

Flavour Profile: Aromatic, Nutty, Dry, Complex. A very versatile aged dry Sherry that is great with a selection of different cheeses.

Flavour Profile: Medium-Sweet, Fragrant, Unctuous, Citrus, Honey, Mouth-watering acidity. Great with light, fruity desserts, and blue cheeses such as Roquefort, Bleu d’Auvergne, Bleu des Causses, Gorgonzola, Dolcelatte etc. The sweetness in the wine matches the saltiness in the cheese beautifully.
