Roving Sommelier loves premium quality sparkling and pink wines from around the world. Even better when these expressive wines are made with love and care. For me, they’re ideal for those who prefer their sparkling wines to be playful yet serious. They are perfect alternatives to traditional Champagne for parties and festivities. This pink sparkling wine is made by the Guibert family of the iconic Mas de Daumas Gassac vineyard in the Languedoc  region of the South of France. It’s mainly produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and in a Prosecco style. It displays lovely, fragrant aromas of red fruits with a freshness on the palate that makes it the perfect summer aperitif. Best enjoyed well-chilled with or without food and in a convivial atmosphere.
