Description

Roving Sommelier loves premium quality sparkling and pink wines from around the world. Even better when these expressive wines are made with love and care. For me, they’re ideal for those who prefer their sparkling wines to be playful yet serious. They are perfect alternatives to traditional Champagne for parties and festivities. Graham Beck’s winery is based in Robertson of South Africa’s Western Cape. The grapes for this Méthode Cap Classique were whole bunch pressed to ensure only the finest quality juice. Secondary fermentation in bottle, with sufficient lees contact time, has resulted in a perfect aperitif style with yeasty aromas, limey fresh fruit and rich creamy complexity. Fine mousse contributes to freshness, finesse, and whiffs of minerality.

The Brut NV strikes the perfect balance between creamy nuances and fresh finesse and is a firm favourite of international icons and everyday wine lovers alike.

Best enjoyed well-chilled with or without food and in a convivial atmosphere.
