Chapel Down Bacchus (yes, that’s the name of the grape), is a highly aromatic white wine characterised by quintessential English flavours such as gooseberry and elderflower with a long, lingering fresh finish. The wine is crisp, delicate and fresh with lovely, subtle fruity and floral aromas. Best enjoyed chilled. Perfect as a summer wine and/or with seasonal dishes, especially asparagus.
