Description

Roving Sommelier loves fortified wines, especially the iconic Sherries produced in Andalusia in Southern Spain. Here, there are three main towns that make up “The Sherry Triangle” where sherries are produced. Of course, Jerez is the main town of the province and is place after which Sherry was named.

La Ina is a very dry Fino Sherry with a bright, pale straw colour and a unique aroma as a result of its ageing under ‘flor’ (natural veil of yeast). La Ina has a dry and crisp palate and is a highly aromatic white wine truly deserved to be discovered.

Perfect served well-chilled as an aperitif with almonds and olives and/or with seafood and tapas dishes.
